Terms of Service
Last updated: March 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Reelora, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. By connecting third-party platforms, you also agree to be bound by their respective Terms of Service, including the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms).
2. Description of Service
Reelora is a SaaS platform for publishing content across YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, and TikTok simultaneously.
3. User Accounts
Authentication is via Google OAuth only. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under it.
4. Payments and Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed via CryptoBot using supported cryptocurrencies (USDT, TON, BTC, ETH). Payments are non-refundable unless required by law. When upgrading or changing plans, your subscription period rules apply as displayed during checkout.
5. Content Policy
You retain ownership of uploaded content. You grant Reelora a limited license to process, temporarily store, and publish it on your behalf. Illegal, harmful, or copyright-infringing content is strictly prohibited.
6. Free Plan and Limits
The Free plan allows 5 publications per month and 2 connected accounts, and it does not expire. Month-to-month publication limits for all plans reset on the 1st day of each month (UTC).
7. Termination and Data Retention
We reserve the right to suspend accounts violating these terms. Upon expiration of a paid plan, scheduled posts become expired drafts. Media files on our servers are kept for a 7-day grace period before automatic deletion. Free accounts are not subject to this expiration grace period.
8. Liability
Reelora provides the service 'as is' and is not liable for failed publications due to third-party API changes, rate limits, or platform downtime.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
