Privacy Policy

Last updated: March 2026

1. Data We Collect

We collect your email, name, and profile picture via Google OAuth. We also securely store your social media account tokens (encrypted using AES-256-GCM), content metadata (such as generated captions), and media files uploaded for publication.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely to provide the core Reelora functionality: publishing your content to multiple platforms, generating AI captions, and sending essential account notifications. We do not sell your data to third parties, nor do we use it to serve advertisements.

3. Data Storage and Security

Media files are temporarily stored in Cloudflare R2 and are automatically deleted after successful publication or upon subscription expiry. Account data and encrypted tokens are stored in a secure PostgreSQL database. We implement strict access controls and transport-layer security (SSL/TLS).

4. Third-Party Services & API Usage

Reelora uses YouTube API Services, Meta API (Facebook/Instagram), and TikTok API to publish content. By using our service, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms), the Google Privacy Policy (http://www.google.com/policies/privacy), as well as the respective Terms of Service and Privacy Policies of Meta and TikTok. We also integrate with Resend (email distribution), CryptoBot (payments), and Google Gemini AI. Each third-party service operates under its own privacy policy.

5. Data Deletion Instructions & Your Rights

You have full control over your data. You can delete your account, including all connected social tokens and media files, directly from your dashboard at reelora.cc/profile. Alternatively, you can request data deletion by emailing [email protected] (processed within 30 days). In addition to our internal deletion mechanisms, you can revoke Reelora's access to your Google/YouTube account via the Google Security Settings page (https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions), and to your Meta and TikTok accounts via their respective app security settings.

6. Cookies and Tracking

We use strictly necessary httpOnly secure cookies for authentication purposes (JWT). We do not use tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies.

7. Contact Us
