1. General policy

All payments made to Reelora are final. Due to the nature of cryptocurrency transactions (irreversible by design), we do not offer refunds by default.

2. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered in the following exceptional circumstances: (a) Technical failure on our part that prevents service delivery; (b) Duplicate payment due to a system error; (c) As required by applicable law.

Technical issues

If you experience a technical problem caused by Reelora that we cannot resolve within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a refund. Contact support with details.

3. How to request

If you believe you qualify for a refund, please email us at [email protected] with: your account email, transaction hash (TXID), reason for request, and any relevant screenshots.

Review process

We review each request individually. Decisions are made within 7 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original cryptocurrency wallet.

Timeline

Refunds, when approved, are processed within 14 days. The actual time depends on the blockchain network.
